What do they do that you would like to incorporate into your own life ? Ask them how they did it. Find ways to free up mental energy for things that are more important to you。

最近可能太劳累了，抵抗力有点下降，所以可怜的我感冒了，头晕脑胀。。。

又是一年毕业时，很多应届生应该都在为工作奔波。所以我建议从大学二年级开始，如果时间比较充裕的话，就应该寻找实习机会了，大三起，应选择与就业方向相 关的实习机会。事实显示，是否有相关的实习经历对求职的成功率有决定性的作用。当然，最重要的是实习一定要谨记让自己走出打杂的“怪圈”，切忌为了实习而 实习，要把实习作为接触社会的机会学习更多的技能和知识。
